Hien Minh To is Director of Innovation at Nanyang Biologics, where she drives research strategy and leads the development of AI-powered life sciences solutions bridging computational drug discovery with experimental validation across diagnostics, bioassays, and preclinical pipelines. She leads cross-functional teams spanning data science, bioinformatics, and R&D, and partners with global pharma and consumer health company to translate emerging technologies into scientifically robust, regulation-ready innovation. Prior to Nanyang Biologics, Hien Minh served as Scientific Secretary at the VinFuture Foundation, supporting the VinFuture Prize Council's governance and evaluation processes, coordinating major scientific events and engaging a global network of 2,000+ scientists. She previously worked at the World Health Organization headquarters in Geneva, contributing to the Responsible Use of Life Sciences framework, foresight work on emerging biotechnologies, and WHO's global outreach on genomics and dual-use research governance. She holds a Master's in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology (Cancer Biology) from the University of Trento, Italy with research scholarship at Umeå University's Laboratory for Molecular Infection Medicine, Sweden.
