How to delete your Vecura account

You can ask us to delete your Vecura account (developer: NYB.AI PTE. LTD.) and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address you registered with:

• To: team@vecura.com

• Subject: Delete my Vecura account

• Message: Please delete my Vecura account registered with this email address

We only act on requests sent from the account’s own email address, so we know the request comes from you. A Vecura admin deletes your account within 24 hours of your request, and we email the address you registered with to confirm that it’s done. If something below stops us from deleting it yet, we email you within 24 hours to explain what to do first.

Before you delete your account

• If you own an organization that has other members, transfer ownership to another member first.

• If your organization has an active paid plan, cancel it first.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email and avatar.

• Your sessions.

• Agent conversations, runs and files in projects that belong only to you.

• Any organization where you're the only member, together with its data.

• Your email and other identifying information in Vecura's analytics system.

What we keep

• Runs, files and comments in projects you share with other people. We keep them so other people's work isn't affected, and show them as created by "Deleted user".

• Invoices, payment history and credit transactions, for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

• Usage events, which are no longer linked to you.

Unused credits aren't refunded when you delete your account.
