Jonathan Swain is a Research Software Engineer at the Open Molecular Software Foundation (OMSF) based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Originally from the UK he completed his undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences at University College London followed by a PhD in Chemistry at the University of Cambridge. At OMSF he works on the OpenADMET Consortium running blind challenges to predict ADMET properties. He is passionate about open science open-source software and helping others use advances in machine learning for drug discovery research.
