What’s New on Vecura | October 12–16, 2026
Explore Vecura’s October 12–16 updates: Agent Auto mode, antibody design tools, 3D pocket selection, improved downloads, and public result sharing.

Agent Auto mode, expanded antibody and binder design capabilities, more reliable downloads, and public sharing for tool run results.
Welcome to What’s New on Vecura, our regular recap of recent platform improvements and scientific capabilities.
This week, Vecura introduces more ways to delegate tasks to the Agent, configure antibody and binder design workflows, and access and share research outputs. Updates also improve how researchers inspect binding pockets and recover interrupted Agent conversations.
Agent
Delegate routine decisions with Auto mode
Vecura Agent now offers Auto mode, allowing it to handle routine decisions as it works through a task.
When Auto mode is enabled, the Agent can proceed through these steps on the user’s behalf. It still pauses for input when an important scientific choice requires the researcher’s judgement.
This helps reduce repeated interactions while keeping researchers involved in decisions that shape the scientific direction of their work.
Tool Runs and Workflows
More control over antibody design
RFAntibody workflows now support backbone design and RF2 filtering, with individual designs processed separately through subsequent steps.
Updates also improve target-chain assignment, heavy-chain, light-chain and target configuration, and checks on hotspot inputs. These controls help researchers configure the intended target and design setup more precisely.
Humatch humanness scoring is also now available within workflows, adding another computational assessment that researchers can use when reviewing antibody candidates.
Select and inspect binding pockets in 3D
Researchers can now select a binding pocket directly from the 3D structure preview when configuring FPocket runs.
In the run detail view, pockets are displayed overlaid on the protein structure. This makes it easier to inspect their positions in the context of the surrounding protein.
Download large run results more reliably
Vecura now prepares run download bundles on the server, improving reliability when downloading large sets of results.
Researchers can select which steps to include and review size estimates before preparing the download. A single Download action brings the selected outputs together, making it easier to collect the files needed for further analysis.
Share tool run results publicly
Tool run results can now be shared through a public link.
Researchers can use this to share a specific run’s results with collaborators or a wider audience, giving others a direct view of the outputs they want to discuss.
Models and Tools
Germinal for epitope-targeted antibody design
Germinal is now available on Vecura for de novo antibody design against specified epitopes on target proteins.
It provides an additional approach for researchers exploring antibody candidates directed at a chosen target region.
RFdiffusion3 for protein design
RFdiffusion3 expands Vecura’s protein design capabilities with an all-atom generative model for designing protein structures under specified constraints.
Vecura also provides a dedicated binder configuration form, giving researchers a focused starting point for setting up binder design runs.
Supporting more continuous research
This week’s updates help researchers delegate routine steps, configure design workflows, inspect structures, and bring results into further analysis and collaboration.
