What’s New on Vecura | August 17–21, 2026

Vecura now supports three app languages, gives researchers a central place for files and reports, improves onboarding and workflows, and adds four new scientific models.

Welcome to What’s New on Vecura, our regular recap of new scientific capabilities and improvements across the platform.

This week, Vecura expands access for researchers working across languages, introduces a central place to find research files and reports, and makes it easier for new users to get started. Workflow updates also improve result review, output inspection, binder-design configuration, and protein–protein interaction scoring.

Four new models are now available for protein-property and drug–target interaction prediction.

Internationalization

Use Vecura in English, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese

Vecura is now available in English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese.

Users can switch languages from the language picker in the app. Coverage spans core research experiences, including workflows, tools, billing, Agent chat, and more.

This gives researchers a clearer way to navigate Vecura and work in the language that best supports their day-to-day research.

Artifacts

Find files and canvases in one place

The new Artifacts page brings together user-uploaded files, files generated from tool runs and Vecura chat, and canvases created by Vecura Agent.

Researchers can preview and download files, open and edit canvases, and search artifacts by run name. Reports under canvas-form created from the workflow canvas are also available in Artifacts, making it easier to locate the materials associated with each research task.

Onboarding

Start with a guided product tour

A new guided product tour helps new users orient themselves in Vecura.

The tour introduces key starting points across the product, including templates, Knowledge, and the Assistant, so users can quickly see where to begin and how the platform’s core experiences fit together.

Workflows

Review run results on the run page

Run results are now available exclusively on the run page, creating one consistent place to review a completed workflow and its outputs.

This keeps result review connected to the configuration and execution history of each run.

Configure the right binder-design workflow

Binder design is now split into dedicated protein-binder-design and peptide-binder-design modules.

The split gives researchers a more specific starting point for configuring protein-binder or peptide-binder work.

Models and Tools into the Workflow

Four new models for protein-property and interaction prediction

Four new models are now available on Vecura: three for protein-property prediction and one for drug–target interaction prediction.

TemStaPro

TemStaPro predicts protein thermostability from amino-acid sequence, supporting the prioritisation of protein candidates for thermal robustness.

NetSolP 1.0

NetSolP 1.0 predicts the solubility and usability for purification of proteins expressed in E. coli.

DR_BERT

DR_BERT adds another option for protein-property prediction within Vecura workflows.

Nesso

Nesso adds drug–target interaction prediction capabilities for workflows that evaluate relationships between candidate compounds and protein targets.
